Weighed myself today, and yikes have I really let myself go. 112.7 kgs, terrible stuff. I went from a high of 142 to a low of 103, put a lot back on. Focus on what I can do and not the past tho!
A friend of mine told me about this website, Calorie Count. It looks pretty handy so I've set up and account and will be logging everything I can. So I've put in my usual breakfast meal: Weetbix, lowfat milk and a tablespoon of raisins. Total calories: 405.
The Calorie expenditure on this website says I burn 3380 calories day. I should aim to take 2,269 calories a day to hit a goal weight of 81kg by August the 18th 2010. I'm planning to aim to go as low as 1800, though will have to wait and see if I can sustain that!

Julian is that you? Man I got lazy and put on so much weight. Right now swimming and weights for the last week.
